Element: Table Wrapper Group

Used as a wrapper tag to contain a group of tables that must be displayed together. This is an NLM not an APA element.

The following, in order:

<label> Label (of a Figure, Reference, Etc.), zero or one
<caption> Caption of a Figure, Table, Etc., zero or one
Any combination of:
- All the accessibility elements:
  - <alt-text> Alternate Title Text For a Figure, Etc.
  - <long-desc> Long Description
- <ext-link> External Link
<table-wrap> Table Wrapper, one or more
